Every culture has a version of potato and leek soup. I'd like to think our version is welsh, but whatever it's true ethnicity, you can't go wrong with it. A bit more of a special occasion soup, but well worth making. People will absolutely love it.

Serve it with a crusty bread, some chives, and a cold Amber Ale. You'll be shouting "Cymru am byth" in no time! Seriously, this is a great soup!!
