Mid Back pain is one of the most common complains I hear from my patients. These pains are caused by overuse, muscle strain, arthritis, herniated disk, accidents, sports injuries, and poor posture. Mid back pain can lead to tightness, stiffness, and dull aching pain. These pains are common in athletes, people doing manual labor, desk jobs etc.
