500+ HP 351W Stroker Engine Install

In this episode, we put the 500+hp 351W Stroker build in place and we begin the process of wiring all the electrical system components to the Holley Sniper EFI. The Sniper has several inputs and outputs which it uses to control the timing and other functions ensuring the engine performs optimally. With the Holley Sniper, we can also monitor and review historical data to identify tuning changes that will increase performance and give us insight as to what the motor is doing compared to a year ago, etc.
We are also installing a Paxton Novi supercharger on this stroker. The supercharger will significantly increase the power produced by the engine. We also have to change the fuel system; in traditional muscle cars, the fuel system is supplied with fuel that is pressure regulated 6-8 PSI. The fuel injection requires 60 PSI fuel pressure, that pressure is regulated after the Holley Sniper EFI to ensure the fuel injection system has a constant reliable source of fuel during peak demands. Lastly, we need to supply the supercharger with pressurized oil from the engine and we need a return line from the supercharger to the oil pan.
Aside from the electrical system wiring and the supercharger installation, we have several other tasks to complete. The cooling system fans have to be installed. The driveshaft has to be installed; the engine and transmission must be filled with fluids.
There are a lot of things that must be completed before the stroker is ready to start. We will run into some small issues and if you follow along you will see how we resolve these issues. Get ready to hear some noise and this project comes to life!
