This SRT4 Dodge Neon was rotted so, we stripped all of the good parts off of the car and are getting ready to implant everything into an older neon for a truly one of a kind SRT.

But we can't just strip the shell and dispose of it like everyone else... We are going to make sure he cant change his mind...
