Wave - written by yours truly, taken from the Jelly Jam 1997 performance of my band at the time, ABSOLUTE ZERO. The fact that many people used that as a band name was not lost on me.

We were a new band who got zero credit from our compatriots. In fact, I was thrilled to have been included in this festival organized by our friends in a band called, "Borghal Rantipole." I knew that it was a slight diss back then to be the dead opener, as if you didn't command the respect to be further along in the show. This really, really bugged our bass player. As it turned out, we played to a full house where none of the other acts did. The "Main Event," Borghal played to the smallest crowd of all. Actually, I think there were some hard feelings over it because they didn't book us the next year. Then again if could have been Mr. Bassman bitching about being the opener. Anyways it was a blast and a they did have use back the 3rd year, were, once again, in my humble opinion at least, we kinda stole the show.

It was a formative time when we were learning to play and be showmen. I am so glad I endured the pain in the ass it was back then to record and edit multiple angles.
