U.S. Army Master Sgt. Michael Bellamy describes the responsibilities of the District of Columbia National Guard’s J4 office, which plans, coordinates and directs operational logistics in support of the Capitol Response mission. The National Guard has been requested to continue supporting federal law enforcement agencies with security, communications, medical evacuation, logistics, and safety support to district, state, and federal agencies through mid-March.
