Off grid Jam. Fresh from the Huckleberry patch

Making huckleberry jam at the cabin. We picked the berries no more than a couple miles above our place. Went up in the afternoon, and had a gallon before dark. Once daylight had returned we started the process of canning them. Challenges are having only two burners, and bad lighting! BUT it was a success, and the berries packed into the jars were under 24 hours old!
