Nothing like a good porridge! Italian Polenta. Every country has their version of ground corn meal. This is the Italian version. If you can find "stone ground corn meal", so much the better. Don't cut corners with margarine or the Parmesean. Butter and Parmesean Reggiano are essential to having this come out right!
Top it off with a touch of Maple Syrup or your local honey! This is perfect for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. Easy to make and satisfying to your soul. Comfort food at it's best. Leftovers in a baking dish into a hot oven, make a great dinner side. Or put a Lamb Shank on top of or some wonderful braised chicken. So versitile, so good!
