Solar/Battery powered livestock gate

I was just barely able to get to Dahl creek community pastures west of Prince George BC Canada that the corrupt "mINSTRY of forestry" deactivated despite everyone on McBride Timber rd NOT wanting it deactivated... I especally like the $100 000+ bridge they put in 4 years ago to just take out now for their anti-west/Communist agenda. Location: N53'41.396' W 123'10.845'
The Auto-Gate worked GREAT, it should have a more powerful motor and be a bit faster on wind up(I speed up the video bit), the flashing yellow light on top was a waste of time. As for the classical music that failed to play,, a little bell placed above the reel would ring with out power drain from the dead end of the poly wire slapping it, once the gate was completely opened. It was a full success none the less. I used 12volt components and a little battery I had. A 24v or 36v motor with proper battery would really get the job done! I did not hook up a fence charger but I'd guess it would be snapping away on the ground as it got wound up, warning animals to stay back till open(stronger motor might not let the polybraid wire hit the ground). I manually turned the gate off in the video because the shortest run time the timer I had could be set is a minute, were I only needed 10 seconds or so to open the gate.
The Auto-gate can be mounted on either Multi-Post that is the most exposed to the sun throughout the day for solar charging. The most energy the forage has is at the peck of the day and is when you should move your animals to fresh pasture to get maxim fatty's.
Pastures should not look like pool tables. Take a little,, leave a lot, and above all keep em moving!
God Bless
