Today I have super simple and easy keto recipes for meal prep lunch for the week. 💕💕💕
Serves 2

2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breast (1 Costco chicken)
1 to 2 avocado
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp cilantro
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
Sola bread or tostadas

Directions:
Mix avocado with lime, season with salt and pepper
Mix in all other ingredients
