God is a good God who does no evil. Yet the Bible says that God hardened hearts, put lying spirits in false prophets, deceived them, Blinded people to the truth, inflicted sickness, sent natural disasters, moved people to sin, and a number of other capricious acts. We believe that these difficulty are answered by a Bible interpretation principle called "the permissive sense". This series of teaching will explore this truth using the popular book by Troy J. Edwards of the same title.
