How to Fix or Replace RV Countertop
We discovered that water can remain pressurized in your faucets even if you have drained your grey tanks! Upon returning from our trip to Palo Duro Canyon State Park we discovered that even though our water pump was turned off our kitchen faucet had come open and flooded our center island during the drive home! Fortunately the damage was localized to our kitchen countertop and was a relatively easy fix with only a few headaches.
Through this experience we would certainly recommend using your low point drains to completely drain out all of the water in your tanks and faucet lines in order to prevent this from ever happening to you!
