Join me today for a follow along CHEST, TRI'S, + SHOULDERS workout! This workout can be done at home or the gym. You will need a pair of dumbbells or any household item will do the trick. We'll start off with demos of the exercises and a warm up. Let's get sweaty 💦

WORKOUT DETAILS:

3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off

1. front raise with alternating oblique twist
2. lunge to press R
3. lunge to press L
4. lateral raise to around the world
5. SA tricep extension (20s R, 20s L)
6. DB halos
7. close grip press to skull crushers
