Seahorse or sea horse is a genus of fish that belongs to the family of sea horns of the order of sea falcons. There are more than 32 known species of sea mares, which are often found in tropical and medium shallow waters. Seahorses prefer to live in protected areas of the seas, such as the countryside of sea grasses, coral reefs, and mangroves.
