Skydio 2: Back In Action! - Speed Test Breakdown - Testing Autonomous Flight Speed (4K)

We will review the Skydio 2 Action Drone following a CanAm Outlander 800 Max on a rural road for a thrilling Speed Test. Today we further test the Skydio 2 autonomous flight mode Follow Me feature and we will specifically focus on the autonomous flight speed of the Skydio 2. This amazing flying machine is truly an Epic Unmanned Aircraft System (EUAS). We will be connecting to the Skydio 2 using the beacon and iOS app. There will be 4 GoPro cameras mounted on the ATV: analog speedometer view, Front right a-arm/shock/tire view, exhaust & rear tire view, and the driver view. I will also be screen capturing 4K on the cell phone for the detailed Skydio 2 heads up display. Cell phone is mounted to a handlebar mount and the Skydio 2 Beacon will be in my hand while riding. The Skydio 2 will be in pursuit of a CanAm Outlander 800 Max ATV on a tight country road, with gently sloping terrain and under spotty GPS. The BRP CanAm will be in 2 wheel drive and will be pushing at near full throttle, but top speeds in this area will not exceed 55 MPH today. The Skydio 2 claims an autonomous flight speed of 36 MPH.
