Replacing Old Glory (The American Flag)

Our church, Kern Christian Center, in Bakersfield, CA, replaces their flags every year, because they get tattered from blowing in the wind day after day. The Pastors look for a Veteran to perform that service. This year, I was honored to get that call again. I have so much respect for the Flag - "Old Glory," as it is affectionally known - the Flag of the GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD.

There are many problems in our great country right now - but, it is still the greatest country in the world - HANDS DOWN! It is important, as crazy as our country is - NO MATTER WHAT PARTY YOU SIDE WITH - that we NEVER lose our respect for each other, and for this AMAZING FLAG! We can disagree - and we should, at times - but, we MUST always respect the opposing views - and "FIGHT LIKE HELL" to make sure that they are ALWAYS free to express their views.

I also replaced the Christian Flag.
