In the wee hours of Sunday morning, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers proposed legalizing, regulating, and taxing marijuana in the states 2021-2023 budget bill. Now while many states are doing this or pushing for it, marijuana still remains illegal on a Federal level. Taking Federal law aside for a moment, we have to ask: Is this really a smart move?
