Today I baked some delicious flatbread. It is done within an hour. It smells amazing when it comes out of the oven and tastes delicious. Be sure to try it out.
Here are the ingredients for the recipe:
500-550g flour (I used Aurora 405 wheat flour)
1 egg (separate egg yolk and egg white)
1 packet of yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp black cumin
3 tbsp olive oil
200ml lukewarm milk
200ml lukewarm water
Optional some breadcrumbs
