Today I'll show you 24 Variations of Pull Ups for all levels (Beginner -Intermediate - Advanced). Watch all the video because at the end I'll give you a Free workout routine with these 24 different Pull Ups exercises.

The pull-up is one of the toughest bodyweight moves there is. Muscles in your back (specifically the lats, traps and rhomboids), shoulder and arms all get a workout with pull-ups, and you’ll definitely feel them when you wake up the morning after a first session on the bar.
