Strength Training - Band Work 02-02-21

I've finally gotten back into a regular workout routine. I haven't been training like I should be for months now. I was just relying on the armwrestling practices I was getting in to keep me in shape but that wasn't cutting it anymore.

I wasn't super happy with my right arms performance at that last tournament and I knew I was putting in the work I should be.

For my Strength Training portion of Tuesday's Armwrestling Movement Workouts, I got back into some band work with fundamental armwrestling movements.
