Human's virtue does not match the development of High Tech, could lead to the doom.

Human's technology is now developing at an exponential level, the AI and individual space of development are at the same speed. In the contrast, from my observation, human's virtue and self-discipline don't develop at all comparing the ones one hundred years ago. So when our capability expanded countless times , to some extent closing the the capability of God, but human's morality and self-discipline as well as tolerance and the respect to other creatures don't develop, are not different from the ones hundreds yrs ago. Under such kind of situation human beings are under the great threat from their high tech. It's quite possible for an event to make human beings extinct.
