U.S. Air Force 1st Lt. Marina Zieliniski, a critical care nurse with the 60th Medical Group, stationed at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., cares for patients in a medical-surgical ward at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, Colton, Calif, Jan. 22, 2021. This is Zielinski’s second year serving, and now she is among over 200 military medical personnel integrated into eight hospitals across the state to provide support during a surge in COVID-19 cases.
