PROOF: Aeroméxico are LIARS and THIEVES! Canada screws its citizens.

In this video I present evidence that Aeromexico used fabricated information to deny my wife and I boarding. At least three of their employees are recorded saying that our PCR tests needed to be done less than 72 hours prior to our arrival in Canada and that the rule had "recently changed." None of this is true as per the Canada.ca website which states: "The test must be conducted within 72 hours of the traveller’s scheduled time of departure to Canada." To put the icing on the cake, a government employee at the Emergency Watch And Reponse Center in Ottawa confirms they are mistaken. This is just a taste of what is to come. I will be publishing more recordings proving Aeromexico's thievery. the Canadian government enabling corruption, being totally inept, and doing nothing to help two residents in need of help.

Even after having modified our itinerary, offering no alternative dates for travel, and maliciously making us miss our flight it will come of no surprise that Aeromexico is on tape saying they won't refund our money and will send us an email in 8-15 days. Who can run a business and respond to their clients with a 15 day delay?
