How to Make a Tuna Melt Sandwich | It's Only Food w/Chef John Politte

Thanks for watching. This episode we are going to show you how to make a tuna melt sandwich.

Here is the recipe for the Tuna melt sandwich:

• 2 packets of Starkist White Albacore Tuna
• 1/3 cup diced onion
• 1/3 cup diced green pepper
• 1/3 cup diced pepperoncini
• 1 slice of lemon
• ½ cup 1000 Island dressing-to start, make it as creamy as you like
• 1 tsp Celery seed
• 1 tsp dill weed
• 1 tsp Chef Politte All Purpose Seasoning
• Slices of your favorite cheese

Mix the tuna with all the ingredients except for the bread and cheese. Make a grilled cheese in a pan and put the salad between the bread. BOOM there it is! Enjoy
