From "conspiracy theory" to official government policy in 3 months

Trudeau lies about forced quarantine internment camp centers in Canada for returning travelers. This could be expanded to a wider population at any time. When Randy Hillier tried to question provincial parliament in October of 2020, his microphone was cut off and he did not receive an answer to his very important questions. Just 3 months after denying the potential existence of forced quarantine and/or quarantine centers, we see that Trudeau is announcing "increased surveillance and enforcement" towards travelers returning to Canada with negative tests, and forced quarantine at government centers.
