Dan Bongino Reveals REAL Story Behind Firing Of Parler CEO: The Story You’re Hearing Is Not Correct.

Dan Bongino breaks down the most recent story coming out about the firing of the Parler CEO, John Matze, and Dan wants everyone to know that they should not believe the hype.

Fox News obtained a memo sent by Matze’s staffers reported by Daily Wire and Bongino called out how there were 2 separate visions for the future of Parler.

Fox reported, “On January 29, 2021, the Parler board controlled by Rebekah Mercer decided to immediately terminate my position as CEO of Parler. I did not participate in this decision,” Matze wrote. “I understand that those who now control the company have made some communications to employees and other third parties that have unfortunately created confusion and prompted me to make this public statement.”

Parler, the far-right-friendly social media site that was knocked offline after the violent mob stormed the U.S. Capitol, has fired its CEO.

John Matze said the company removed him as chief executive, following a fight with conservative donor Rebekah Mercer, who controls Parler's board, after an apparent fight over the future of free speech on Parler.

"I did not participate in this decision," Matze, 27, who is based in Henderson, Nev., said.

In an interview with NPR, Matze claimed that there was a dispute with Mercer over just how far Parler would take its openness to free speech. He said that if the company wanted to succeed, Parler would have crack down on domestic terrorists and any groups that incite violence, including the Trump-supporting conspiracy theory QAnon.

"I got silence as a result," Matze said.
