1. None of us were born to be slaves. We weren’t meant to step over each other to accumulate the best of creature comforts. This is why money cannot buy happiness. Although, it’s a pretty damn good down payment. However, status and wealth will eventually fail you from achieving real happiness.

2. In the realm of monsters is a giant crab named Tamatoa. This crab is very self absorbed and only cares about the finer things in life. Tamatoa only cares about status and vanity. His shell is made of sparkling treasure, which attracts fish for him to eat. Only a few fish can avoid the allure of his shimmer. Tamatoa took Maui’s hook and made it the crown jewel of his collection. The hook represents the power of our constitution. Maui is strong without his magic fishhook, but cannot guide himself without it.
