In the name of God, the Creator, as my witness, I , Joseph A. Rico YOB 93, as an American citizen and God fearing young man, hereby jokingly claim for satirical and non realistic purposes to serve solely in an entertaining and obviously unreal-istically informative purpose, that to the best of my knowledge/suspicion, and with consideration of the magnitude of these accusations, informally consider the technical tyrants under Citizens arrest by the People of the United States of America to be given habeas corpus, fair and impartial Trial before the Citizens of the United States of America, for the crimes of: espionage, high treason, subversion, conspiracy to overtake democracy by means of propaganda and with the end goal of Communism, and I also charge these Tyrants (to be named in formal proceedings, if God wills it, with the collusion with and complicit tacit approval of those who openly commit crimes against humanity, specifically the Chinese Communist Peoples Party, with respect to their unapologetic mass incarceration, sterilization and humane deprivation of well over three million Uighurs (humans), I similarly charge them with the tacit approval of involuntary, non-sedated, organ harvesting (fulan gong) and furthermore the unwilling "re-education" of these People (concentration camps) while their wives and children are subjected to being "minded" by members of the CCPP.
