Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing Black History Month. Outlining several well known black Americans that are working with Youngevity. Also citing famous African Americans that have contributied great works to society. Assering that there are no geneitc diseases even though some experts try and say some diseases are genetic.
Pearls of Wisdom

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a study from Pennsylvania State University. Finding that those eating an avocado daily during the study period. Ended up lowering their levels of LDL (low density lipoprotein) or bad cholesterol. Many also lost weight during the study period. Researchers believe it is due to the high levels lutein.
