Coconut tart/coconut macaroons Recipe

Ingredients:

Dough

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp. white sugar

1/3 cup unsalted butter

1/4 tsp. salt

1 egg

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Filling

1 1/4 cup desiccated coconut

3/4 cup condensed milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 tsp. salt

3 tbsp. melted butter

1 tbsp. all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp. baking powder

Pre-heated oven 180 degree for 15-20 minutes
