Mixing (creaming) Honey

In the video, I am mixing a few cups of honey with a creamy texture with into a 2.5 gallon bucket of liquid honey and mixing it all thoroughly. After it gets left for a while, the creamy texture spreads thru out the rest of the honey. This is good because creamy honey does not get nearly as hard as liquid honey eventualy does.
