The Italian-made Armeria Meazza Pierluigi (AMP) rifle, chambered 223, 556 NATO, 9mm, feeds through standard STANAG 4179 AR-15 type magazines. Direct gas impingement system, low-profile gas valve; all controls are ambidextrous; upper receiver machined from a solid billet of 7075 T6 aluminum alloy, lower receiver CNC-machined from a semi-finished forged block, the ventilated low-profile handguard is extruded out of a section bar of the same material. Finishes, MIL-SPEC black hard anodization or desert tan Cerakote. AMP's "Multi-Radial Rifling" (MRR) barrel, offers superior ballistics, accuracy and overall
performance in all platforms.
