Homemade Tater Tots - Recipe

There are dozens of how to make tater tots recipes, but this one is different than most. It skips the step of pre-cooking the potatoes, which will save you a lot of time.

When the tots are cooked, the gelatin melts away allowing the oil to penetrate the each piece and crisp up more of the little potato bits. The end result is a crispier shell and an awesome texture.
