In the first clip, you can see a group of people inside the capital BEFORE the break-in of the capital began. It appears that there is a woman with a bullhorn giving instructions to the rioters. You will see in this video that there was a coordinated and planned effort by people dressed as Trump supporters to disrupt the peaceful march that patriots planned to protest the certification of election results. President Donald J. Trump did not incite a riot. The man with horns on his helmet has a professional photographer with him as you see in the final image.
