Tony is "gangster' 🤣😂. Per the OC REGISTER: An Italian restaurant in Huntington Beach that has been vocal about not following state guidelines for restaurants operating during the pandemic has been accused by the California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control of being a “disorderly premises.”

The ABC filed an accusation against Basilico’s Pasta e Vino in July based on its serving customers indoors— which was not allowed at the time — and its policy of allowing employees not to wear face coverings.

The restaurant has a reputation for vocally opposing coronavirus guidelines. Most recently it appealed to the anti-mask crowd in Los Angeles with a billboard message across from the Beverly Center. “Leave the mask, take the cannoli,” read the sign, which showed the iconic puppeteer’s hand from movie posters for Francis Ford Coppola’s classic film “The Godfather” and the name of the restaurant. It’s a replica of a smaller sign that’s posted in the shopping center where the restaurant is located on Brookhurst Street.
