IMO it is more important than exercises alone unless you want rock-solid abs covered with a layer of fat :D. I have seen your newest video talking about what you eat every day, and I find it really great. I am currently following a diet plan I found on the website Dietary. It is very similar to your daily diet. So far I lost a decent amount of fat and my love handles are gone. Maybe other people would like to check it also. You can have a good, customized meal plan easily for a few bucks. Not to mention it also comes with a workout plan as a bonus.
