Usually 10-15min (this one is between 6-7mins) stretch and relaxation routines for the mind and body to help you sleep faster / better.
As a trainer/coach I work with a lot of women who live a highly stressful lifestyle be it their career, family life or both and are finding it hard to sleep at night. While the cause may be different for everyone, I’m hoping trying these routines will help most.
