How to prepare a portable generator for our sailboat

We recently purchased a WEN 56200i portable inverter generator and prepared it for use in the marine environment.

We used Boeshield T-9 to cover all the electrical connectors. RustOleum for screws and hardware, and High heat spray paint for the exhaust.
