3-4 sweet potatoes
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 (8 tbsp.) Stick Unsalted Butter
1 (14oz) Can Condense Milk
1/2 Cup Whole Milk
1 tbsp, Lemon Juice
2 Eggs
