At the close of the age both righteousness and wickedness will increase. Both will flourish. There will be great light and great darkness. Get used to the antithesis. The darkness will get darker and deeper, but the light will get brighter and brighter. There is no doubt whatsoever that we are standing on the precipice of the end of the age.

Yet vast multitudes of Christendom have little to no idea of the time they are alive in. Neither do they care to know it. There are even more that have a skewered view of what the end looks like. They have their own doctrines that empower their beliefs that things will grow better and better. The truth is that it is getting worse and worse exponentially.

We are literally living in the days written by the prophets of old, and even the things told to us by Jesus Himself that are now coming to pass. The birth pangs are upon us, and these pains of birth are to get worse and worse with great intensity to birth about the Kingdom of Jesus Christ upon earth. The pain that the whole earth is experiencing must increase. The contractions of this world will become very painful, very terrifying and sorrowful.

In the book of Luke he writes, "And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken."

The following verses read, "And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh."

So you see we are at this point that nation is rising against nation, and kingdoms against kingdoms. Great famines are now upon us, and coming upon our nation like we have never seen before with absolute certainty. The whole earth is reeling back and forth from a world wide deadly pestilence that no scientist can discover a cure for. Earthquakes are everywhere now, and happening in places that have never before experienced with no explanation.

Time to start looking up, and looking for the "promise of new heavens and a new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness." What the world is afraid of, you do not need to be, because if you are truly a follower of Jesus Christ, then that light of heaven should be reflecting brighter and brighter. You should be experiencing yourself getting stronger and stronger, and your praising Jesus Christ should be more and more robust and sound.

We are soon to enter into eternity, and Jesus Christ is going to set up His Kingdom of Righteousness upon earth. Look for that beautiful heaven land in your heart and look away from this world slated for judgement. Rest in Christ and in His perfect, spotless, loving care for you. The Lord Jesus Christ Himself give you that perfect peace that only He can give, and be lifted up for your redemption is nearer than when you first believed.
"He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen."
