Doug And The Slugs was a Vancouver, B.C. based band which released its first album, Cognac And Bolgna, in 1980.

Music For The Hard Of Thinking was Doug And The Slugs' 3rd album, released in 1982 on RCA Records, catalogue number KKL1-0480. Doug And The Slugs had a hit from this album with Making It Work.

Music For The Hard Of Thinking was a good album but it has since been deleted from the RCA Records catalogue and, as far as I am aware, is currently only available as 2nd hand copies of the original LP's.
