Join me today for a follow along 🦋 BACK + BI'S workout 🦋 This workout can be done at home or the gym. All you need are some dumbbells (or any household item) and water! We'll start off with demos of the exercises and a warm up. Let's get sweaty 💦

WORKOUT DETAILS:

3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off

1. single arm row to shrug - R arm
2. single arm row to shrug - L arm
3. single arm lat pulldowns
4. wide to hammer curls
5. 1 and 1/2 bicep curls
6. close grip bent over row
7. front/side bicep curls
8. db rows
