UPDATE ON I-5 ROAD CLOSURES: Along the Grapevine, oncoming traffic seems to be cleared, although trucks have still stopped on the shoulder of I-5 north at the base of the Grapevine after being U-turned. 23ABC's Kristin Vartan is at the base of the Grapevine continuing to update viewers Tuesday morning.
