Can wearing socks in bed help you sleep better?

Many people struggle with insomnia during the winter - due to cold bedrooms, dry air from running your heat constantly, lack of sun exposure and more. Here's a surprising tip that might help you sleep better in these colder winter months. Wear socks in bed. That's right. In a study in the Journal of Physiological Anthropology, South Korean researchers found that subjects fell asleep 7.5 minutes quicker, slept 32 minutes longer, and woke up 7.5 times less compared to people who didn't wear socks. I was skeptical, but I've tried it the last few nights, and so far I do feel like I've slept better. Try it for yourself.
