When You Were Young by Blakgraz

When You Were Young is from the Blakgraz album, "Lust." It was originally intended for a friend as a "Mother, Daughter" dance song for her daughter's wedding, but quickly became a love song to my beautiful daughter, Vera. The words are true. There was a time I could hold her in one hand, but now she's grown and doesn't need me anymore. Such is life.
