Short trip up to Chimney Rock. Part One cause I got kicked out.... My definition of dusk and theirs is apparently different...

Chimney Rock is a 6,807 acre park in Rutherford County, NC. It is a state-owned and operated park. It contains 6 hiking trails of varying difficulty levels. At the top and at the end of 'Skyline Trail' is a 404 ft waterfall called Hickory Nut Falls. The rock itself is a 304 ft granite formation that provides spectacular views of the gorge containing the city of Chimney Rock as well as the river running through it 'Rocky Broad River' which leads to "Lake Lure". Bring water with you. These trails ain't the faint of heart.. In more ways than one.
