Scary Sounds Picked Up On Sleep Recording App

Sleep recording App recorded creepy sounds. In this recording you hear loud footsteps, child voice, and sort of howling sounds according to the person who made this audio recording with a sleep recording app.

Sleep recording apps is special developed to allow people to record their own sleep to hear if they snore. A man from southern England has been experiencing sleep paralysis almost daily since 2007. A buddy of his tells him to install the app on his phone to hear what is happening.

He told ZEN: “I think my ex wife and my son were in my bedroom”.

"but I am very scared," he continued.

The man is still suffering from sleep paralysis. He becomes paralyzed and sees a shadow figure next to his bed.

He tells ZEN that he is planning to purchase a camera to record this. Once he has recorded something he sends it to ZEN. However, he is scared that the camera will capture something eerie.
