Yummy kid approved Apple Spice Cake! Gather your ingredients and cook with me!

Ingredients:
1 grated apple
3 T unsweetened apple sauce
between 1/3 - 1/2 c of water
1/3 c olive oil
1 t vanilla
1 t white vinegar (Gravenstein Apple white balsamic vinegar if available)
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c coconut sugar
2 c gluten free flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t sea salt
1/4 t nutmeg
1 1/4 t cinnamon
1/2 t ginger
3 oz water
