• Focus and Relax
• Go Slow at First
• Do just the third finger alone
• Do All But the Third Finger - leaving it stationary
If you strain you will hurt for no reason. Only move it as high as you can and hold for a about 3 to 5 seconds. Bring it down and leave it still while you lift all the other fingers. You can lift the thumb along with the other fingers; just make sure your palm stays anchored down. Hold that position and switch back to lifting the third finger.
