This Walk Across America Program is dedicated to our sweet son Clayton Ford who has been a part of our journey across America from the start. Clayton struggled with mental illness for years, and more recently schizophrenia. On January 2, 2021 he took his life. We know with a surety as a family that he is finally at peace. It was our honor to be his parents. Mental illness is a very real thing that touches so many of us. Let's Walk Across America together, through all 50 states, in beautiful and unique locations and continue to keep our mental and physical health a top priority.

The Workouts:
Each state has a 30 minute workout with a warm-up built right into the workout. There are 3 sections to work through in each state, with optional cardio bursts to really pump up your heart-rate and challenge your stability, mobility and endurance. Low impact options are always offered. End with a cool down to bring down the heart-rate and a refreshing stretch.
Walk your way all across America. The benefits to your body, heart, and mind will be immeasurable. Consistency is key!
These low impact workouts with optional high intensity cardio bursts will build rhythmic connections within the brain to deliver a total mind/body workout. Walk Across America is an amazing way gain better focus when facing stress, anxiety and complex problems—and that’s something we could all use right now!
